How Accurate is the Zestimate?

Zillow claims that their Zestimate is accurate within 5% of the sale price about 43% of the time, and within 10% approximately 76% of the time. These valuation metrics are a good starting point but with a large margin of error. So it's crucial to understand what this means for you as a homeowner or a prospective buyer.
