How To Find More Success When Selling Your Home

There are four things that any agent you consider should value.
 
Do you know why some agents can sell homes quickly and at much higher prices? Separately, would you like the chance to win $10,000 and improve your wealth-building skills? Today, I’m here to address both points.
 
First of all, not all agents are created equal. Even in the hot market of the last few years, although everyone’s home sold, few got top dollar for their seller. In today’s market, which has changed significantly, hiring a professional with a good track record is even more essential if you want your home to sell for the most money.
 
Less experienced sellers are often more interested in finding the cheapest agent instead of the one who will put more money in their pockets after expenses. As you can see in this flipbook, there are key elements that my team and I excel at, and our results speak for themselves. These are the things any agent you consider should value:
 
1. Proper preparation of the house. This includes everything from projects to staging. We can manage all of that and tap into our vendor network.
 
2. High-end and expansive marketing. This should be designed to attract buyers from a multitude of sources.

3. Strategic pricing in today’s market. It’s important to look at recent sales, but even more than that, you need to look at active listings to see the competition that your buyers are comparing your home to. As the market depreciates, you need to be proactive about your pricing.
 
4. Negotiations. I was a competitive negotiator in law school and have gotten advanced certifications, both of which have proven to be an advantage for my clients. Also, I was recently certified by a program called 72SOLD. You may have started to see their national TV ads. This program focuses on buyer psychology and is positioned to get even better results.
