How To Test the Market Without Listing Your Home

What Is “Make Me Sell”? Make Me Sell is a simple, private tool that lets you name your “dream price” and see if buyers are willing to meet it. You don’t stage, you don’t hold open houses, and you don’t even need to put your property on the public market.

Here's how it works: You share your property details and the number that would make you seriously consider selling. That information is entered into the Compass system, which is visible only to Compass agents, not the general public.

If a qualified buyer is interested, their agent reaches out through me, and I contact you. From there, it’s your decision: move forward, or stay put.
