New Strategies to Help Buyers and Sellers

Jeff Lang March 30, 2023

I want to share what I learned at a recent real estate conference.

Today I want to talk about two things. First, I’ll discuss when it’s a good time to buy or sell a property. Second, I’ll recommend a book I think you’ll find enjoyable and motivational.

Recently, I attended a real estate conference and was inspired by both real estate and non-real estate professionals. I learned new strategies to help buyers, sellers, and investors in this market. One of the highlights of the conference was listening to Goldman Sachs. The main takeaway was that it’s impossible to time the market accurately.

Goldman Sachs, along with other predictors of the economy and real estate market, have made predictions that turned out to be different from the previous ones. Therefore, when it’s the right time to buy or sell a property, just do it. Don’t wait for the perfect moment because it may never come. As a seller, I would normally say the same thing.

“It’s impossible to time the market accurately.”

However, one strategy we are using now is to help clients keep their property if they are lucky enough to have a 3% loan. We suggest finding a way to turn it into an investment property and then purchasing a new primary residence. Whether you’re looking for a bigger place or looking to downsize, we can talk through how to make this happen.

Now, let’s talk about the book recommendation. I recently read “Unreasonable Hospitality,” and I think you’ll enjoy it too. It’s a motivational book that encourages readers to look at life differently. The author, Will Guidara, shares his personal experiences in the restaurant industry and how he uses hospitality to create successful businesses.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out by phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you.
